By downloading or using CoinRunner ("the App") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. What CoinRunner is

CoinRunner is a movement game that converts walking and running detected by your device into virtual collectible coins.

2. Virtual coins have no value

Coins earned in the App are entirely virtual. They are not money, cryptocurrency, or property; they cannot be bought, sold, transferred, exchanged or redeemed for anything of value, inside or outside the App. We may rebalance earn rates, rarities or balances at any time to keep the game fair.

3. Fair play

Sessions that our systems judge implausible (for example, speeds no human can sustain) are rejected. Attempting to falsify motion data, abuse the API, or interfere with the service may result in balance resets or account removal.

4. Health notice

The App provides motion statistics for entertainment only and is not a medical device. Consult a professional before starting an exercise program, and exercise at your own risk.

5. Accounts

You may use the App as a guest or with Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity on your device. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

7. Changes to the service and terms

We may modify or discontinue the App, and may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
